Dr. George Fan
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, FASTXchange, Inc.

One of the cofounders, and current chairman of FASTXchange, Dr. Fan's background includes more than 30 years with IBM, where he held a number of senior technical and senior management positions, including Director of Planning for IBM's worldwide research organization, Director of Microsystems (where his team developed IBM's RISC computer architecture) and liaison between IBM and Rolm Corporation. Dr. Fan's background also includes service on advisory committees for the National Academy of Science of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Singapore Science Council. From 1989 to 1991, he was the founding Dean of Engineering at the Chinese University in Hong Kong. In recent years, he has developed several businesses in the PRC and Hong Kong in the fields of telecommunications, electronics and computers. Dr. Fan's career has resulted in many strong relationships throughout both the Asian and United States' technical and industrial communities.

Dr. Fan received a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from New York University. He has written more than 30 technical publications and holds 15 patents.

Ms. Anna-Lena Neches
Vice President of Operations, FASTXchange, Inc.

One of the cofounders of FASTXchange, Ms. Neches serves as the firm's Vice President of Operations. Ms. Neches' background features more than 12 years experience with electronic commerce, including more than five years as Program Director, and five years as Operations Manager for two Department of Defense-funded operations conducted under the auspices of the University of Southern California's Information Sciences Institute (USC/ISI). Her accomplishments in those roles include the retention of the project's funding, as well as the organization and supervision of its electronic commerce service, known as "FAST." It also includes the development of strategic alliances with such federal, state and private sector eCommerce partners as the Defense Logistics Agency, the State of California, Citibank, General Electric and Hughes Aircraft. Prior to joining USC/ISI, Ms. Neches spent more than 14 years as a lecturer at universities in Sweden and the United States. Ms. Neches received a BS and an MS in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Stockholm in Sweden.

Mr. Paul Postel
Vice President of Engineering FASTXchange, Inc.

One of the cofounders of FASTXchange, Mr. Postel serves as the firm's Vice President of Engineering. The lead developer and architect of the FAST system, Mr. Postel possesses more than ten years experience with eCommerce, including more than seven years as a Computer Scientist on two Department of Defense-funded electronic commerce efforts at University of Southern California's Information Sciences Institute (USC/ISI). Mr. Postel's background also includes experience as a senior consultant with the Unify Corporation, where he led several major application development efforts for customers including Coca-Cola Enterprises and Northrop Corporation. Mr. Postel has a BS in Computer Science from California State University in Sacramento.
