Raytheon RFC division begins using FASTXchange services to offload their low-dollar procurement.

FASTXchange starts service via Exostar Source Pass for Space Airborne Systems in Forest, Miss.
Raytheon, Space Airborne Systems in Forest, Miss. begins using FASTXchange for its Production and R&D requirements. FASTXchange will provide an automated procurement service that will speed transaction time and decrease processing costs for Raytheon Company. The Forest location will serve as a test bed for the new service, which upon success will be implemented at Raytheon's California and Texas sites.

FASTXchange receives an award and a Certificate of Appreciation for dedicated and excellent service to Raytheon's LPD program.
This program is in support of the USS San Antonio warship for the U.S. Navy.

FASTXchange Inc is proud to announce that Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS), Andover, MA, has selected the FASTXchange automated procurement service to improve its procurement performance. IDS uses the FASTXchange system to speed the processing and reduce the transactional cost of both production and indirect requisitions. IDS has implemented the service at multiple sites in the Northeast and Southwest.

FASTXchange is an Internet-based procurement service which improves procurement performance by automating the routing, quoting and ordering of both production and indirect requisitions.
Integrated Defense Systems is the third division of Raytheon Corporation to enter into a multi-year agreement with FASTXchange.

The award is "in recognition of outstanding contribution and service to the nation by a small business satisfying the needs of the Federal procurement system".

Raytheon, Space and Airborne Systems nominates FASTXchange for U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) award.
In December 2003, Raytheon's Space and Airborne Systems Business nominated FASTXchange for the Small Business Subcontractor of the Year Award. FASTXchange is Raytheon, Space and Airborne Systems' candidate for SBA's Region 9, which covers Hawaii, Guam, Arizona, Nevada and California.

FASTXchange starts service via Exostar for Raytheon Missile Systems Company in Tucson
On 7/21, Raytheon Missile Systems Company in Tucson, AZ and FASTXchange launched a pilot for direct charge procurement via Exostar. In the pilot, FASTXchange is providing a sourcing and quoting service for all Raytheon suppliers. For Exostar suppliers, the shopping cart created on FASTXchange's site is delivered over Exostar to those suppliers for order fulfillment. For non-Exostar suppliers, FASTXchange acts as a reseller and receives orders over Exostar. The solution makes it possible for a Tucson customer to fulfill all orders over Exostar. After a short pilot, the service will be implemented first in Tucson and later at other Raytheon businesses.

Raytheon Company invites FASTXchange to become an Exostar supplier
Starting this summer, FASTXchange will support Raytheon Company as an Exostar supplier. The service via Exostar will be offered in parallel to FASTXchange's customized web-based procurement service currently in use by several of Raytheon's businesses.

ATK—Alliant Techsystems—is a $2.1 billion aerospace and defense company with leading positions in propulsion, composite structures, munitions, and precision capabilities. The company has three business groups: Aerospace, Precision Systems, and Ammunition, and now they outsource online procurement to FASTXchange.
